Yes We are Not A typographic installation Exhibition 23-31 August 2008 Grand Hall : Siam Discovery หนึ่งในกิจกรรมของโครงการ Eco Projects ที่ร่วมมือกันระหว่าง สยาม ดิสคัพเวอรี่ กับ สันติ ลอรัชวี โดยนิทรรศการ “Yes We are Not” เป็นงาน Typoraphic Installation ที่ต่อเนื่องมาจากนิทรรศการ “Yes, I am Not ” ที่เพิ่งจัดแสดงที่หอศิลปมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ เมื่อเดือนกรกฎาคม 2551 โดยแนวคิดของนิทรรศการครั้งนี้จะหันมานำเสนอประเด็นที่เป็นสาธารณะ โดยสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการนำก้อนกระดาษหนังสือพิมพ์มาสร้างเป็นงานศิลปะ ผ่านรูปแบบแผนที่เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ซึ่งนอกเหนือจากประเด็นเรื่องวัสดุแล้ว ตัวงานเองยังตั้งคำถามกลับไปสู่ผู้ชมให้ตระหนักถึงบทบาทของตนเอง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบทบาทที่เป็นส่วนรวมและส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งนำเสนอด้วยการจัดวางในพื้นที่ที่สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้คนได้หลายลักษณะการมองเห็น ผู้ชมสามารถชมผลงานได้ตั้งแต่การเข้าไปมองระยะประชิดจนกระทั่งมองเห็นภาพรวมของผลงานจากชั้นบนสุดของศูนย์การค้า โดยจะมีการกำหนดจุดชมผลงานในแต่ละชั้นของห้างสรรพสินค้า ©2008.
